Rewards and Returns Policy

A. Introduction

This Rewards and Returns Policy (the ‘Rewards Policy’) governs the earning, provision and returnability of the Rewards on the Platform and/or in connection with our Services. The objective of this Rewards Policy is to create a fair, transparent, and equitable environment in which Rewards are earned and returns are processed. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the Rewards Policy. BattleBucks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Policy at any time.

This Rewards and Returns Policy is intended to supplement and operate in conjunction with the Terms of the Company or BattleBucks (i.e., Singularity Games Private Limited), which can be accessed at hear Any term not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms.

The Company reserves the right to amend and modify the Referral Policy from time to time. The User acknowledges and accepts that they may also be subject to receiving periodic communications from the Company related to their obligation to comply with the Referral Policy. It is the sole responsibility of the User to stay informed of any updates, or policy amendments or modifications issued by the Company, as more particularly detailed in Section G (Amendments and modifications to the Terms or the BattleBucks Policies) of the Terms.

Non-compliance with the Rewards Policy invites penalties depending on the grade of the misconduct as set forth in Section D (Misconduct and Penalty Matrix) of the Rules of Conduct.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.


B.Disclaimer of Warranties

All Rewards are provided on an 'as-is' basis, without any warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind regarding their value or functionality for any particular purpose. The Company does not guarantee the quality, availability, or delivery of any product(s), Rewards and shall not be responsible for any delays, deficiencies, or unforeseen costs arising from the logistics and handling of such Rewards, except where expressly required under applicable law. Rewards may be digital (such as BB Coins, GG, Gems, Virtual Digital Assets, Other In-Game Currency, or In-Game Assets) or physical (such as merchandise or goods).


C. Acceptance of Rewards and its returns

The User may refuse any Rewards at its discretion. Unless the User refuses any Rewards, by participating in games where such Rewards may be offered, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. Unless the rules governing the respective game states otherwise, Rewards cannot be returned, exchanged, substituted, or modified for any other product, service, or equivalent value. The Company is under no obligation to entertain any requests for the exchange or return of Rewards under any circumstances. In jurisdictions where a mandatory right of return or exchange may apply, the Company will address such matters on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Rewards may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, or encashed, except where required by applicable law.
  3. Rewards may be subject to validity or expiry periods as communicated at the time of issue.
  4. The Company’s decision regarding the distribution of Rewards and the determination of winners shall be final and binding on all users.
  5. You bear the sole responsibility for any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges associated with receiving or using the Rewards.
  6. If the Rewards is a physical item, you must provide a valid shipping address, contact number, and other essential details. You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated unless specified otherwise in the rules governing the respective game.
  7. Rewards are provided on an “as-is” basis, and the User acknowledges that no claims may be raised regarding the nature, value, or quality of Rewards, except as required under applicable law.
  8. The Company reserves the right to withhold or revoke Rewards if it suspects fraud, misconduct, or violation of the Terms and the BattleBucks Policies.

Any mention or depiction of Rewards or other items in videos, screenshots, or other media is for illustrative or informational purposes only, and the Company does not claim ownership of such items unless explicitly stated otherwise, and their inclusion or display does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with their rightful owners.

The Company also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall not affect Rewards already distributed, except where Rewards are revoked due to fraud, misconduct, or violation of the Terms or the BattleBucks Policies. However, they may affect future rewards and their terms of distribution.


D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

If you believe you have been unfairly treated, harmed, or have encountered User behaviour that violates this Code, you have the right to raise a complaint or grievance in accordance with Section M (Grievance Redressal Mechanism) and Section P (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement) of the Terms.
