  1. Introduction 

This Store Shipping Policy (‘Shipping Policy’) governs how orders placed by you on the Store operated by Singularity Games Private Limited (‘BattleBucks’ or the ‘Company’) are processed, packaged, shipped and delivered. The objective of this Shipping Policy is to provide Users with a clear understanding of BattleBucks’s procedures and obligations regarding order fulfilment, expected timelines, delivery logistics, and rights in the event of delays or non-delivery. This Shipping Policy is intended to supplement and operate in conjunction with the Terms of Store (which can be accessed at here ) and Supporting Policies. Any term not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms. 

BattleBucks reserves the right to, from time to time, amend and modify this Shipping Policy. The User acknowledges and accepts that they may also be subject to receiving periodic communications from BattleBucks related to their obligation to comply with this Shipping Policy. It is the sole responsibility of the User to stay informed of any updates, or policy amendments or modifications issued by BattleBucks, as more particularly detailed in Section K (Amendments and modifications to the Terms or the Supporting Policies) of the Terms.

BattleBucks may, at its sole discretion, determine that any action by the User breaches this Shipping Policy, the Terms, or the Supporting Policies, and BattleBucks may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, cancel, modify, or terminate your account at any time. 

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. 

 

  1. Order Processing, Dispatch, Shipping and Delivery 

Upon placing an order on the Store, the User will receive an order confirmation via email or other means (as opted by the User in the Store settings), confirming the receipt of the order. The estimated delivery timeline will be displayed at checkout after the User enters their delivery address and on the 'View Orders' page of the Store. All such timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond reasonable control, including (without limitation) weather conditions, strikes, regulatory inspections, network outages, or operational disruptions at the logistics provider's level. 

  1. BattleBucks-Fulfilled Products: BattleBucks is responsible for warehousing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery to the User, whether directly or through its logistics service providers.  

While BattleBucks endeavours to ensure timely delivery, it does not guarantee that shipments will arrive within the estimated timelines. BattleBucks may, at its discretion, delay the processing or dispatch of an order if stock is unavailable or due to operational or technical constraints. In such cases, the User shall be duly notified and offered suitable remedies, including cancellation in accordance with the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. 

  1. Externally-Fulfilled Products: Orders are processed and dispatched directly by the relevant third-party seller. The seller remains responsible for ensuring timely dispatch in compliance with applicable law and the Store’s Terms and Supporting Policies. 

 

  1. Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges, where applicable, shall be communicated to the User during the checkout process and shall form part of the total consideration payable for the order. Shipping charges may vary depending on the Product, delivery location, or promotional offers. Shipping charges may be waived on a promotional or case-by-case basis, and no waiver in one instance shall be construed as a continuing waiver or binding precedent for future transactions. 

 

  1. Shipment, Fulfilment, and Delivery of Digital Product 

Digital Product(s) shall be delivered exclusively via electronic means, such as email, SMS, in-app notifications, or other modes specified on the relevant Product page at the time of purchase. No physical delivery shall be made for such Products. 

The User is responsible for ensuring that the contact information (including email address and phone number) provided at the time of purchase is accurate and accessible. Neither BattleBucks nor the relevant seller shall be liable for failed delivery of Digital Product(s) due to errors in the User’s contact information or filtering by spam or security settings on the recipient device or platform. 

Digital Product(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable except as required under applicable law or as expressly stated in the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where a refund is required (for example, due to non-delivery or defective codes), it will be processed in accordance with the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. 

 

  1. Tracking, Delivery Attempts and Undelivered or Rejected Orders 

Upon dispatch of a Product ordered on the Store, the User shall receive an update containing a tracking link or identifier (if available), through which the User may monitor the shipment status.  

Delivery partners shall make reasonable attempts to deliver the Product at the address specified by the User. At the time of delivery, the delivery partner may require the User to provide a one-time password (OTP), show a valid government-issued photo ID, or take other reasonable verification steps to confirm identity and ensure that the order is handed over to the correct recipient. Failure to provide the required verification may result in non-delivery, in which case the Product may be returned and handled in accordance with the Store Terms and Supporting Policies. 

If an order is marked as undeliverable due to reasons attributable to the User, including, without limitation, refusal to accept delivery, provision of an incorrect or unreachable address, or repeated failure to take delivery, it may be cancelled. In such an event, BattleBucks may, at its discretion, deduct any actual return logistics charges or administrative fees incurred by it prior to initiating a refund. No such deductions shall apply where non-delivery is attributable to the Company, the seller, or their respective logistics providers. 

 

  1. Consequences of Delay in Fulfilment 

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, it is expressly stated that we shall not refuse to take back goods, or withdraw or discontinue services purchased or agreed to be purchased, or refuse to refund consideration, if paid, if such Products are delivered late from the stated delivery schedule. Provided that in the case of late delivery, this shall not apply if such late delivery was due to FM Event (as specified in Section P (Limitation of Liability) of the Terms). 

Any eligible claims by the User under the above shall be addressed in accordance with BattleBucks’s Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.  

 

  1. Geographic Scope 

The Store currently services addresses located within the territory of the Republic of India. Orders with international shipping destinations shall not be accepted or fulfilled unless otherwise expressly agreed by BattleBucks in writing. 

 

  1. Grievance Redressal Mechanism 

If you believe you have been unfairly treated, harmed, or have encountered anything that violates this Shipping Policy, you have the right to raise a complaint or grievance in accordance with Section O (Grievance Redressal Mechanism) and Section R (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement) of the Terms.

For any queries or support relating to shipping, delivery, or fulfilment of Products purchased on the Store, Users should contact the customer care number, email address, or other contact details displayed on the relevant Product page or seller page.
