Responsible Gaming Policy
Last Updated: March 25th, 2025
A. Introduction
BattleBucks is committed to providing a safe, secure, and responsible gaming environment to all our users. While the majority of users engage with our platform purely for entertainment, we acknowledge that gaming can occasionally pose risks to an individual's well-being. As part of our commitment to promoting responsible gaming, we have implemented a Responsible Gaming Policy (the ‘Principles’) to ensure that users can enjoy our Platform and/or our Services responsibly and mitigate the potential risks associated with gaming. These Principles are intended to supplement and operate in conjunction with the Terms of the Company or BattleBucks (i.e., Singularity Games Private Limited),, which can be accessed at terms and conditions. Any term not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms.
BattleBucks reserves the right to, from time to time, amend and modify these Principles. The User acknowledges and accepts that they may also be subject to receiving periodic communications from BattleBucks related to their obligation to comply with these Principles. It is the sole responsibility of the User to stay informed of any updates, or policy amendments or modifications issued by BattleBucks, as more particularly detailed in Section F (Amendments and modifications to the Terms or the BattleBucks Policies) of the Terms.
Non-compliance with these Principles invites penalties depending on the grade of the misconduct as set forth in Section D (Misconduct and Penalty Matrix) of the Rules of Conduct.
B. Responsible Gaming Guidelines
- Our Services, including 8 Ball Pool, Checkers, and other skill-based games, are meant for entertainment purposes.
- You should not view gaming as a solution to financial, emotional or personal problems. If you think that the game in any way is impacting you financially, emotionally or personally, we advise you to quit right away.
- We encourage you to monitor and manage your gaming activities by setting limits on time and money devoted to the purchase of In-Game Assets on our Platform to prevent excessive gaming.
- You should keep a record of the funds spent on the purchase of our In-Game Assets and set aside a fixed entertainment budget and stick to it, regardless of winning or losing streaks.
- The Platform offers a fair and transparent environment where outcomes depend on skill and strategy, but you should exercise caution and not try to make up for previous losses.
- Maintain a balance between gaming and other personal, professional, and social commitments.
- We urge you to avoid playing games under the influence of alcohol, other intoxicating substances or heightened emotional stress.
- Do not make hasty decisions while playing, especially after a loss.
C. Excessive Gaming Warning Signs
Ask yourself the following questions:
- Have you played games for longer than planned?
- Have you used savings or borrowed money to continue gaming?
- Have you neglected essential duties to play our games?
- Do you feel anxious or regretful after gaming sessions?
- Have you made repeated attempts to stop or limit gaming without success?
If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, please consider seeking professional help.
D. Opt-Out Options
- Temporary Suspension: You can temporarily suspend your account for a specific period.
- Permanent Opt-Out: If you are experiencing compulsive gaming tendencies, you can choose to opt-out permanently.
- Self-Exclusion Tools: The use of tools such as session limits will allow you to maintain control over your gaming habits.
